Ah! We got our maternity photos back and I am in love with them! I’m definitely the girl that has had a Pinterest board saved for years with a complete vision. Luckily for me, our amazing photographer brought that dream to life and they turned out even better than I could have ever imagined. (See our pregnancy announcement photos by Carmela Scalabrino here.) However, I know it’s not always easy to figure out the best vibe for your maternity photos, or even what to wear. It can be a little overwhelming. My hope is that today’s post helps you find something to wear and maybe gives you some inspiration for your own maternity photo session.
Our Golden Hour Maternity Session
We took our maternity photos in June at golden hour – the best time to take photos in my opinion. Our photographer chose the location based on the vibe we were going for and we ended up at a local park in one of the fields. It was truly the perfect location for what we were going for and it was super private. We were the only ones there. Here are some of our photos:
