There are still lots of blank spaces in our house, but we are slowly working on filling them all in. One of our latest projects is our kitchen cutting board wall. I absolutely love it and it was so easy. This would be the perfect addition to a small space in a kitchen and/or dining room. Awhile ago, I found some inspiration for this on Pinterest and haven’t been able to get it off of my mind.

Easy Kitchen Cutting Board Wall
As I mentioned, I found inspiration for this wall on Pinterest a couple of months prior to this project. There are many versions of this that have been done before and I knew that is what would fit best on that blank kitchen wall. I love the European feel that the cutting board wall gave. Below is a before and after photo. This easy cutting board wall added so much life to this small space and I couldn’t love it more. Check out our other home projects here.
The benefit to this wall is that it can easily be changed and adjusted, whether it be seasonally or just when you feel like it needs a little refresh. You can change out the baskets, or what’s in the baskets, add a wreath, etc. It’s such a cute idea and easy enough for anyone to do!

I love your cutting board wall. I have been able to find most of the cutting boards except for the long skinny light colored ones and the large round one. I bought the dark skinny ones from Target. Do you know where you bought the long skinny ones? I love the triangular one.

Hi, I found those ones at Homesense – I would look at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Home Goods or Home Sense. It’s hit or miss, but that’s probably where you will find something similar!

Okay, I love the hardware! It’s not so ornate like many options and looks nice and sturdy for those heavy cutting boards. Where’d you find yours? I follow a link to adjustable bars but not sure if those are the same. Are yours adjustable?
Sophia says
Hi, thank you! Yes – the link in this post is the exact product we used and they’re adjustable. We love them and they worked perfectly!

Where are the hooks from to hang the cutting boards ?
Sophia says
Sorry I’m just now seeing this comment. We actually just used zip ties and haven’t updated it yet, but I’d get S hooks from Amazon or Home Depot.

Did you have to mount rail on a stud to hold the boards?
