Keep Your Dog Healthier by the Smile | WHIMZEES Brushzees

This post is sponsored by WellPet®, but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

Whoever said diamonds are a girl’s best friend obviously never owned a dog! If you have been around my blog for awhile, you know I have a huge spot in my heart for my dogs. They are like family members to me. Dogs give us unconditional love and bring out the best in us, so we should do the same for them. I’m really excited to share with you one of my new favorite pet products to keep your dog healthier by the smile, WHIMZEES® Brushzees®.

WHIMZEES® Brushzees® | Dental Chews

WHIMZEES® Brushzees® are a great-tasting, natural dental chew that reduces plaque, tartar and bad breath. Did you know 80% of adult dogs have dental disease? I sure didn’t. All it takes is one WHIMZEES® a day to maintain your dog’s dental health. The natural daily dental treat is a natural-ingredient dental chew that is now available at Target and Meijer. It’s the healthier, higher-quality chew your dog will absolutely love! Remmy was so excited about these, as you can see from the photos.

February is Pet Dental Health Month and not only am I focusing on my own health in 2021, but also my dog’s health and you should too. Pet Dental Health Month was created by the American Veterinary Medical Association to highlight how important oral health is to the overall health, happiness and wellbeing of your pet. If you’ve never brushed your dog’s teeth, you’re not alone, but it’s not too late to start. It’s really important to take into account your dog’s dental health for many reasons. Effective dental care is as critical for dogs as it is for humans. Neglecting oral hygiene in dogs can lead to issues like tartar build up, gum disease, bad breath and other larger health issues like heart disease, lung disease and kidney disease.

While dog dental chews are not a replacement for teeth brushing, they are an easy, fun, delicious option to help care for your dog’s oral health on a daily basis. Plus, it’s a fun treat that you can feel great about because your dog will love the taste and chewing experience, and you’ll love knowing that you’re doing something beneficial for your dog’s oral health. It is recommended to feed your dog one chew per day and to always have fresh water available when feeding the chew to them. WHIMZEES® products should be given under supervision to ensure the treat is adequately chewed.

I love WHIMZEES® and so does Remmy. We will be incorporating our dental chews into our routine. There are different options depending on the size of your dog and all of the info can be found on the packaging. Click this link to select the right size for your pet and add the WHIMZEES® Brushzees® to your Target cart! Available in stores and for curbside pick up.

This sounds fantastic for dogs. I will have to see if they have any for cats. I know they need healthier teeth.

I absolutely LOVE this and so grateful to you for sharing. My poodle is prone to dental decay and gets an abstraction at every cleaning. I hope these treats will help in between visits. Definitely ordering STAT!

This seems just what my dog needs. The vet always recommends brushing his teeth but he does not like it a bit. Whimzees seems like a great alternative to keep my dog’s teeth clean and my dog happy.

This looks like a fantastic product for dogs, that dog owners should consider buying to maintain their best friend’s oral hygiene.

We just recently got serious about our pup’s teeth too. We definitely slacked on brushing his teeth. But these sound like a great way to keep up with their teeth regimen in between cleanings.

Getting a dog is a life changer. I like that I can incorporate him in some of the things I do dealing with work and overall content myself. Not only is self-care important, but treating an extension of you, your dog, just as good if not better is super important. I am definitely going to have to try these for my little puppers. Thank you for sharing!

Couldn’t agree more on this post. Dogs or any of out pets deserve to be treated with love and care. They should be taken care just like how we take care of ourselves. Thank for reminding your readers about this, and yeah, since its Pet Dental Month., thanks for featuring such product.
