One of the most frequently asked questions I receive in my Instagram messages is “how do you edit your photos?” The short answer is with Lightroom presets, but there is much more to it. A lot of people now have an ‘aesthetic’ or theme to their Instagram page. I mean, who doesn’t want a beautiful, cohesive page? I’ve tried many presets over the last few years and some of my all time favorites are from 123Presets.
What is a Preset?
In short, a preset is a filter that is added to your photo with one click. Basically, a group of settings is saved and then you can apply those same settings to all of your photos in the form of a preset. There are presets for desktop and mobile so you will want to specify which one you prefer when purchasing, depending on if you edit on your phone or your computer. This blog post is strictly talking about mobile presets, as I do most of my editing from my phone.
How I Edit My Photos
So, first you will want to download the Lightroom App from the App Store. Once that is downloaded, you will need to purchase the mobile presets that you like from the 123Presets site (Use code SPRING30 to get 30% off). Once you have purchased, follow these instructions to install them into the app. Once you have them installed, start editing!

This seems like a real time saver when it comes to photo editing. I must admit I havent really looked into photo editing apps.
