If you are unfamiliar with the term, bone broth, don’t worry – it’s not as scary as it sounds. Some of the many benefits of bone broth are healthy skin and shiny hair, a boost in the immune system, helps heal leaky gut and alleviates joint pain while promoting healthy bones. Raspberry Banana Chia Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients

- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Measure your ingredients
- Put them in a blender
- Blend until smooth
