I am fortunate to have been nominated for the Britain Blog Award- for Mix-Niche Blogs! I am so honored to have been nominated for this award. The first thing anyone will ever tell you about starting a blog is to find a niche. I have heard it a thousand times…”bloggers that find a niche are way more successful than those who do not.” In my opinion, life is too short to have one niche. On my blog you will find posts about life on a farm, equestrian style, fashion, recipes and travel advice. My life is full of new adventures and different passions that I could not just pick one thing, hence why I started a lifestyle blog that I hope you can relate to. So, for the official rules and all the information you need about this award, click here.
The following are the blogs I have nominated for the award:
The five questions I have for those I nominated are:
- Why did you start your blog?
- What is one piece of advice you have for other bloggers?
- What is your goal for the new year?
- Where do you find your inspiration?
- Where is your favorite place in the whole world?
I was nominated by Ruth from the blog Ruthelia Dreams. I love the story behind the name of the blog and I love the niche variety. My favorite post on her blog is A Magical Trip to York. I love to read others’ perspectives on different places. It’s cool how everyone sees a place through a different set of eyes.I love how authentic and real Ruth’s blog is. She is simple and just shares pieces of her life with you through her writing.
My answers to the questions asked by my nominee are:
- Why did you choose to create a mixed-niche blog? I have always been a person with multiple interests. I am always working on something new and discovering new hobbies that make me happy and I couldn’t just pick one thing. I want to share everything with you.
- What is your favourite thing about blogging? My favorite about blogging is being able to connect to other people and develop relationships with readers and other bloggers. I have learned so much about myself through this process and I want to use this as an opportunity to positively influence anyone who reads my blog.
- What is your favorite way to escape and relax? (eg a bath, travel, music) I am a farm girl at heart so I find my peace when I am in the barn, with the animals. Anytime I am with the horses and dogs I feel truly happy.
- What is your greatest achievement? This is a hard one! I would have to say the progress I have made with my horse, Winter. He was an amish buggy horse as a young boy and he is now showing in 3rd level dressage and we have been through hell and back together. He is a challenging horse but he has taught me so much and we still have so much farther to go together. Getting him to 3rd level is a huge achievement.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 and 10 years time? In 5 to 10 years, I hope to be married and in love with a family and a beautiful farm. I see horses, dogs, a barn, lots of grass and a garden full of fresh vegetables. I just hope to be happy.
My favorite posts on my blog are: Pumps and Paws, How to Run a Half Marathon When You Hate Running, 10 Tips for Long Distance Lovers, and How to Be a Cool Chicken Mom, Not a Regular Chicken Mom.
Thank you again to Ruth for the nominaton and congratulations to all of my nominees! I look forward to creating more content and reading all of yours.
With love,
Sophia
One of the major strides in recent educational reforms has been the emphasis on early childhood education. Embracing the concept of Universal Pre Kindergarten, many regions aim to provide all children with an equal opportunity to kickstart their academic journey in an enriching environment. https://stpaulschildcare.org/pre-kindergarten-dinos/
